Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a French, light-bodied, red wine varietal that is notoriously difficult to grow. Typical flavours for Pinot Noir are cherry, raspberry, mushroom, clove and hibiscus. A very versatile food pairing wine given it’s higher high acidity and lower tannin.
